Owner Operations

Owner Operations manages commercial policy, processors, licensing, branding, defaults, security, monitoring, updates, customers, and infrastructure.

Purpose

Allow the business owner to operate through supported UI workflows.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in with an Administrator role.
  2. Review the operations snapshot and audit activity.
  3. Change one controlled setting at a time.
  4. Validate downstream behavior.
  5. Record milestone and rollback information.

Example

Stripe is enabled for Version 1.0; PayPal remains disabled until launch approval.

Best practices

  • Use role separation.
  • Never display processor or signing secrets.
